Thanks to our partnership with StreamLine, we offer an extremely unique, customer oriented design/build program to our clients. The system developed by StreamLine is both revolutionary and proactively focused on the client to deliver real results and satisfied customers. No more doing things the "old way", with adversarial relationships between the builder and architect, which always left the customer "in the middle". Rather, the entire team is developed from Day 1, and the client drives the focus of the team the entire way, creating successful projects that stay on-budget, and are more enjoyable than stressful.
Frellick Brothers has ported that concept into every project and relationship we build with all of our clients and other local architects. We focus our efforts on creating trust and honest expectations, walking clients through the entire process while providing real feedback and information about the entire build-process.
